Appraisal Skills
Who Should Attend / Learning Outcome
It is important that time is taken out from busy schedules to review current and past performance. Staff invariably benefit from constructive feedback and identification of personal training and development needs. A badly managed appraisal however can de-motivate and the skills needed to manage the appraisal process are not instantly obvious. This course would be of benefit to anyone who has to set performance aims and objectives for colleagues and/or who has to balance potentially competing individual, team and organisational needs.
Practical exercises are set for delegates to be able to practice, develop and review their appraisal skills in a supportive atmosphere.
