In today’s workplace the increasing pressure to achieve makes time management a vital skill. A disturbing statistic suggests that individuals devote the majority of their time to lower priority issues, with only 30-40% of time (at best) spent on important tasks.
This course sets out practical guidelines to help anyone interested in managing his/her workload efficiently and effectively. The course is especially focused on techniques to assist those juggling multi-projects.
